INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS   |   POSTER SUBMISSIONS

               
       

           



POSTERS
Posters should be no larger than A1 size (840 x 594 mm). Each poster station will comprise an upright poster board suitable for posters of this size, or smaller.

Posters will be set for 3 days. Authors are requested to bring their posters to the Poster Room (Grand International Room) on Tuesday morning (26 May). Authors should plan to assist meeting staff with setting up posters. Material with which to attach standard posters to the poster boards will be provided.

Poster sessions will be organised as follows:

Tuesday 25 May0730 - 1730 hrsSetup/General viewing for participants
Wednesday 26 May0830 - 1730 hrsGeneral viewing for participants
Thursday 27 May0830 - 1400 hrsGeneral viewing for participants
 1400 - 1530 hrsPlenery Poster Session:Authors have opportunity to address the plenery session for 5 minutes to explain briefly the primary focus of their study.
 1600 - 1830 hrsPoster Room Session:Opportunity to view and discuss research presented on posters with authors.

PROGRAM ABSTRACTS
Poster abstracts (no more than 200 words) will be published in the Program. Electronic versions should be sent to Charlie Manolis (Wildlife Management International, PO Box 530, Sanderson, NT 0813, Australia; email), no later than 13 May 2004. Authors should refer to Instructions for Authors for style and format of abstracts.


PROCEEDINGS
Program abstracts, extended abstracts or short manuscripts relating to poster presentations will be accepted for publication in the Proceedings. Electronic and hard copy versions must be received no later than 29 May 2004, and should be submitted to Charlie Manolis (Wildlife Management International, PO Box 530, Sanderson, NT 0813, Australia; email). Authors should refer to Instructions for Authors for style and format of submitted material.
